Who we are

My name is Chris Tucker. I live in Lexington, Kentucky. I’m a father, a man of faith, and just a regular guy who has failed many times and learned through it. Those experiences shaped me and taught me what really matters: faith, family, and taking care of the body and mind God gave us.

Fitness has been a big part of my life, and I continue to challenge myself—whether that’s long rucks, hard training, or simply showing up consistently. Along the way, I discovered how closely our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being are connected to the quality of our food.

That realization led me to create Honest Meal Co.

My mission is simple: provide honest, healthy, filling meals people can trust. We focus on quality, convenience, and simplicity—not a menu with endless options, but one unique meal per day. Just real food, made with care, to serve people and meet them where they are.

This is my way of giving back to the community I call home.
